So, the first group guy I ran was the SKB (Simple KeyBoard) GB. Almost exactly 200 cases were sold. I managed all orders and data with google forms and sheets. It was a nightmare! This time, for HMKB, I have set up a shopify store which gives me a backend and database with wich I can easily mange all the participants data. I don't see myself as a shop operator, this is merely a means to run a group buy.
