Heavymetal Keyboards are made in Germany and shipped from Frankfurt, Germany.
Each product page shows the "time until product is ready to ship". This tells you when the product will be ready to be picked up by DHL. Currently most available products go out within 1-5 business days. After the order has been picked up the actual shipping time depends on your location. If you are in Germany you can expect 1-2 days, withing Europe a few days and it you are in the USA you should expect two weeks.
You will receive tracking information once your order is fulfilled.
Shipping world wide via DHL, only. All packages are tracked and insured. Prices for international shipping have gone up since COVID and up again after the closure of russian airspace. High shipping prices are unfortunate but there is no way around it.

A more affordable option for international shipping below 1kg (plate, pcb or foam) is currently not available but will be in the future. Until then, ordering a single plate, pcb or foam piece is not quite efficient, for shipping destinations other than Europe.
